Kelayakan
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting roles.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Must be willing to work independently with minimal supervision
- Details oriented, aggressive, able to work under pressure, good follow up and organizing skills.
- Possess initiative, proactive, assertive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking contractors)
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible on cash flow control for the company and project.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors on invoices and payments issues.
- Sorting and matching Delivery Orders (DO) to invoices.
- Reconcile monthly transactions and balance to supplier statement before preparing payment
- plan.
- To key in monthly staffs’ salaries, sub-contractors claims and workers’ wages to banking
- system.
- In charge of handling Account Payable transaction, such as issuing payment voucher, cheque
- and online payment.
- Liaise with bankers when necessary.
- Arranging payment for office and project team related expenses, including rental, internet
- fees, utilities and etc.
- Ensure proper filing of all account payable documents.
- Prepare accounts related report as assigned.
- Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
